Spending some quality time with family this weekend back in Ireland 🍀 As @Ciara London says it really is the small things in life that matter the most. Family is everything. My mam had a big operation a few weeks ago and I wasn't allowed to see her. Trust me in I tell you I'll cry all day tomorrow when I see her! So my workouts this weekend will be running around after this crazy 2 year old... going on 14 year old 😂 Hope you all have a lovely weekend 💛
