Ok so I have a burning question for all you Apple Watch users, I’ve just received mine in the post today, a birthday gift from my husband (Yaay!! 🎉💖) but it’s totally new to me and have no idea how to use the workout functions…. Can anyone tell me the best setting to put on for the workouts with @Ciara London and @Sineadtrains, if there’s such a setting…? Would really appreciate any input…!! Thanks for reading 😉💖
