Soo I’ve managed to break my wrist for the new year which means I’ve ruined my class consistency and new goals. I feel so shit about it, can anyone recommend classes that won’t be too hard on my left arm and back? Im so scared to put on weight and still need to lose more 🙏🏼 Happy New Year ♥️
