So this was my week of workouts, did a mix of sweat, sculpt and strength sessions: MONDAY - Rest Day TUESDAY 30 min Lower Body High Volume vs High Impact Leg Sweat w/ @Sophie Hardy WEDNESDAY 45 min Upper Body Intense Pyramid w/ @Sineadtrains THURSDAY 30 min Cardio Day No Rest w/ @Asha-Leah 30 min Glute Activation vs Weights w/ @Sophie Hardy FRIDAY 45 min Full Body Sculpt w/ @Sineadtrains 30 min Beginners Sweat, Weights & Vibes w/ @Cele-Lou (first ever session with Celeste and I loved it! Such a vibe ❤️) I think I will definitely be Team Sweat before I move on to Sculpt programme! Hoping to also get back into my running, really been struggling with this lately for some reason! Whatever your goals, we’ve got this 💪🏼
