Hello.... Just wondering, has anyone had any experience dealing/working out with piriformis syndrome or irritated sciatic nerve? My pain relief medication feels as if it's stopped working and now doing any sort of squat/deadlift/lunge is getting to be a bit painful. I've tried various recommended stretches but my piriformis muscle still seems to be tight. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks x
