Day7: Update was suppose to be my REST day- so I thought I would jump on the Live with Lauren Super set Pilates!! Thinking it be Easy, was I so bloody wrong😆😆🙈🙈 Thanks 4 today Lauren.. 🥰🥰 I jump in late but all I can say is Ouchhhh. Wonderful even thou the leg ones I was moaning all the way thru. Okay I am DONEE.
