Hey squad friends 😊 I wanted to share something I learned in a recent video online for any lower body exercises which I've found so helpful. That instead of trying to lift the weight up from a squat, deadlift etc, imagine you're pushing the ground down/away from instead to really engage the leg muscles. Like @Ciara London always says push through the heels, visualising pushing the ground away has really helped me πŸ’–
