Anyone on here only just come across Body By Ciara and a bit gutted they missed the start of the Sculpt Sweat Strength Challenge? Not sure whether to join the workouts from this week or to start from the beginning. I don’t know if there will be any other challenges after this one finishes so not sure what to do?
