Ramadan mubarak and good luck to those fasting. I start fasting tomorrow and was wondering whichworkouts the fasting squad members are doing. I will try and workout maybe an hour before eating to preserve energy earlier in the day. May switch to 30 or 45 min sessions too (for week1 of ramadan I was thinking of repeating some from the deload week). What are you lot doing?
