I just finished booty bands with Ciara, I thought I was going to give up, but I didn’t! Definitely my favourite class,always struggling at the beginning but the end is worth it🔥😏🍑 It hasn’t been easy working out after work, but again this squad gives your always the energy and the strength,this is why I love this squad...!
