I’m backkkkkk Such a brilliant session with Ciara London she is so encouraging - I nearly gave up as my Wi-Fi wouldn’t work. So I keep doing some joggin on the spot jumpin jacks as miss about 15 mins. Monday devil was tryin to stop me… but I was fighting and kept shouting Girl don’t give up!!! Thankfully Between using my phone & computer it lasted until the cool down. Day 1 ✅ Done!! Yes yes 🙌 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️
