Need some help... Have very much fallen off a regular workout schedule for the last month and my god do I feel crap about it, mentally and physically. Trying to get some motivation back and want to prioritize what exercise I enjoy. Does anyone have any tips on how they stay accountable? And how to get over my hate for HIIT but need to lose fat. Someone give me strength πŸ™πŸ»
