Not body by Ciara related really but day two of the 5x5 and I’ve finally got myself back in a karate gii (the white pjs)… felt bloody good to be back. Ready to smash my goals as part of spring boot camp and the motivation to return to martial arts has finally returned 👏🏼👊🏻
