First picture is in the gym this morning and I couldn’t focus at all! Too many people and I got in my own head 🙄 I left the gym and came home to lay on my bed. Decided I’m not wasting a day off so back for a second try @Ria HITT vs Squat workout 🥵🔥 happy to say I finished it and I have no legs left 😂😩🙌🏽
