Okay last week Tues 2 sessions, Weds and Friday with Stretch sessions. = 4 not bad with my dancing steps over the weekend so not badππ½ππ½ LETS GOOOOOO!!! Week 3 more progress pictures & aiming also to do 3 days of walking Mon,Tues, Weds Rest Day Thursday Fri& Saturday this week.ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ
