First non-fasted workout for a month. I chose yesterday’s 60 min tabata with @sophiehardy and it took forever to get off the mat afterwards! Such a good sweat for a change as I mainly do the sculpting / weighted classes. Eid Mubarak for anyone that fasted! Will be great to be able to fuel straight after a class and drink throughout again. But Ramadan has shown me that the body is amazing - The more the month went on, the more the body adapted and by mid way, it felt normal. Looking forward to the rest of the workout week.
