Leg Day with Ciara- slow & steady. Don’t be fooled the burn was seriously there.🙈🙈 Yes this was a wonderful, weird,sweaty session ouchhhh. My butt is cryin as I sit here typing. Miss Ciaralondon made me curse so much today slow & steady definitely felt it. (Just for the record my neighbour even knows her name)😂😂
