I’m very much an on demand app user now and I train in the gym in the evenings. But now it’s lighter in the mornings I’m trying to get some morning lives in and double up my workouts 🥵 This week I’ve managed three 7am lives with @deletedmember and @Mike Fitness - I feel soooo much better in the mornings and it’s just a solid reminder of how sick our trainers and lives are 🏋️‍♀️🙌💪 I struggled in winter to even make it out of bed for 8am sometimes so this feels like a big achievement!
