Anyone else get late night sugar cravings? This is a huge flaw of mine - I often zombie crawl to the fridge for snacks. However as I am trying to stay on #shredchallenge, this is a bowl of 0% fat Greek yoghurt, 1 nectarine, blueberries, 1 spoonful of granola and a drizzle of honey. Not the best but better than the left over Easter chocolate I could have easily devoured 🤤 What is your go to late night snack?
