Three/four times a week I train booty with @Sophie Hardy’s on demand heavy glutes / building booty sessions… And three times a week loading / unloading the bar is the hardest damn bit 😂 If you’re training in the gym and not using our on demands - you’re missing out. The library is huge now and the sessions do not miss 🙌😅
