New week an new challenges but was feelin a bit . So I made sure gettin in my steps and also book a session at BODYHQ 4 today & finally I did this!!! Even had me walking around the house like a Mad woman as I was determined to hit that bloody number!!! I’m I crazy or what??? But you know what it mad me feel good, as especially with a wicked 💆‍♀️ massage after.
