Hey @Body By Ciara Official & the squad, At the start of the year I was doing Ciara’s on demand pre-recorded 30 min leg day. She was just using the squat rack and some dumbbells and they were great for building up my confidence with lifting heavy. I’ve tried to look for them in the trainer workout folder and in all the other folders but I can’t seem to find them 😩 does anyone know where they are? I’ve got the dates as I wrote down my weights after each session (9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th September 21’ onwards, i think she did about 8 sessions) ♥️💚
