Sweat and strength with ciara this morning, lunch shift at the restaurant, made a batch of oatmeal raisin protein cookies and knocked up a woodwork project in my break. Off for dinner shift now. Bring on day off tomorrow 😂. Woodwork is a double stand for the boys onewheels.
