Hey Ladies, quick question here I know you can’t “spot fat” but I want to tone up everywhere and definitely get some muscle definition but with my arms I’d prefer for them to stay toned/slim and not be too muscly If that makes sense? Can someone tell me how many days a week I should be doing upper body or which exercises might be best for me. Thank you 😊
