Happy Sunday.. missed a couple of sessions this week. So Saturday & Sunday had to be done. Sat -20 mins of Ciara then Asha session ouch. Then Sunday session @ BodyHQ what the fudgeeeee. Both Ciara & Asha pushed us today but as Lee always says gains to be made.🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️
