Upper body weights vs hiit ✔️ Abs vs core control ✔️ Last live workout of the summer holiday complete. Struggled through that even had to get the emergency 🍌 but DONE IT!! Feeling slightly sick after that one @Sineadtrains but @The Real Gym Guy says gains dont care!!!
