Hey pre & postnatal gang - just a quick message in regards to the new challenge - it wouldn’t be safe to recommend pre & postnatal to do an intense workout everyday for 30 days but we still want everyone included so we would like you guys to of course get your workouts in with me on a Monday & Thursday (or catch up) and then use sessions such as the meditations, stretch & getting your steps in to count towards your workouts - so you are still aiming to keep active each day but not at an intense level.
