I have missed 3 days of the 30 so had too get my arse up and do Sophie upper Body session. Ouch somehow she adds in the burpees🙈🙈 The sweat was realllll probably cause the damn heating came on as my daughter back Frm holiday as was cold!! It was like Bornean all over again😆😆
