Woww Sunday session @ BodyHQ was damnnnn very hard. I was on the floor and stayed like that for while afterwards 🤣🤣 I had to push myself to get - but once in session I was committed 🏋🏽🏋🏽 love working out with Ciara back in the building @ my Gym Bunnie @Sophie Hardy her energy is unreal & she silently gives that nod that u can lift that heavier weight 🥰 I went to bed sayin Today was a good day- thank you.
