Although I'd like to be more consistent with my workouts I have really made walking a staple in my day to day. How it helps my mental health is so worth it.... Thankful for that pep talk Ciara gave earlier this week around consistency and how a lot of us made such an effort during Lockdown because that's all we could do but we saw results because we showed up + got to be apart of a community. So I got one or two more workouts this week but my mind is ready to show up no matter what!
