Leg day - one of my favourite days of the week. A 6 min squat hold was thrown into the mix, but there’s nothing you can’t throw throw at the squad. We get it done regardless! πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾 I used my barbell for a lot of the workout today, and it was definitely a game changer. It’s out of hibernation, so will use it going forward.
