I thought I would share a few photos to just help anyone out there who may have hit a low and needs a "you can do it" moment. When I started this challenge and knew we had to take an initial photo I wad close to tears. I hated what the camera caught. I hated that people would see ehat the camera caught. We are about to go into our fourth week and I still have areas to work on (big time), but these improvements encourage me to keep going. It's not even just about the ohysical changes. Mentally, I feel stronger. If I can do it, you can too. All you need to do is start. Whether it's 30 mins to 1 hour, YOU CAN DO IT. P.S I'm asthmatic with a knee injury and I will let neither hold me back P.SS my posture is improving and this is not something I expected when I started the challenge. Upper body workouts have helped my shoulders stabalise themselves (they were rolling slightly forward) and I automatically sit upright now thanks to yoga
