This is out of my comfort zone, but I'm seeing the results, so I'd thought I'll post. I am trying to up my protein/carbs and go heavy with weights. I have seen changes already, and it's only been 8 weeks. I'm trying to put shape/gains in my back, bum, and thighs. Sorry about my phone angle again, I've never taken photos before after workouts. Thanks for this community and the woman empowerment to keep going xx
