Sometimes you need to just show up and get it done. Trust me, it is not easy and holding yourself accountable is tough bloody work. What I love about the squad is there is someone that encourages you at the right time when you need it. Someone who sees the potential you may not see. The challenges give a focus point and drive. We are more than half way through the 40 days and 40 night challenge. I gave up concentrated fruit juices and a lot of bloating I experienced has gone. I set myself a challenge to lift 5kg minimum as a light weight (I was lifting 3kg) and I am now even doing barbell presses etc. I'm still gaining confidence and still finding what works for me and what doesn't BUT when in doubt... just show up and get it done. You will thank yourself for it
