Hello I’ve just joined as have had enough of the excuses to not getting fit and losing weight. I’m going to focus my workouts on sweat and sculpt. I also need to pay more attention to what I eat without getting to obsessive about it and restricting things that I love. There’s so many videos on here which is brilliant but maybe too much for me to know where to start. Any recommendations for a newbie? I’m a bit nervous that this might get me overwhelmed and give up before I even start x
