Ok so today I managed to fit in a wonderful workout by @Sineadtrains, her 45 min Leg Day from yesterday (incl. the Squat Jump Challenge, omg 🥵🥵🥵), and did all this with a bad back and cold that’s knocked me the past few days, but I must say that it’s absolutely true when they say, exercise really does help with feeling better regardless!! Cannot believe how much I was able to do after I’d had my shower, it’s like an unspoken remedy!! 🙌🏼✨🌟 Also, for lunch I did have sushi (which I’d forgotten to take a pic of, I scoffed it so quick it totally slipped my mind)!! And for dinner, leftover salmon I’d made that my kids didn’t eat, which I’d turned into a salmon (wholewheat) pasta, hey, why not? #mumlife #wastenotwantnot Happy hump day everyone 💖
