My menu for today: LUNCH: a protein-loaded one consisting of a two egg omelette (packed with spinach and almond milk), with a side of beans, turkey bacon and a toasted slice of sourdough, and my usual Pink Lady Apple, Strawberries, and a Rose Infused Earl Grey cuppa (I know, so adventurous)! 🀣 DINNER: seasoned and diced chicken breast (chicken kebabs), with peppers, mushrooms and onions, all skewered and grilled and with a side of roasted sweet potato wedges and a dollop of yoghurt. Haven’t made this meal in a while and it went down brilliantly πŸ˜‹πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ₯°πŸ’–
