60 min full body- HAPPY Good Friday Wowwww - ( I normally mirror the screen on my TV so I could hear when the guys screaming while in the kitchen) I’m not sure what these 3 where on.., but woke up in a funk 😒 then they just made me laugh all the way thru while sweating. Not Happy as I went to the hairdressers yesterday, so Deload day this was not😜😜. Thank u it @Ciara London, @Asha-Leah & Ifende 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡was a good one!!!
