So today I completed my 1st live back from illness and 1st SHRED workout from my bulk. I had to stop multiple times and I had to drop my weights down. IT WAS HARD! But I completed the session and felt great to get back into a shred and back training. Remember, if your going back to the gym ease yourself back into lifting heavy just how I had to ease myself back into training after a week and a half off being ill. My strength will come back again just have to be patient.
