New Week New 12 Week Challenge 👏🏽👏🏽 45 min isolated v compound!! I don’t normally do catch up after work but was determined to come in quick change and jump on. Glad I did it was hard starting but half way thru I was like yeah the worse part is over!!!! I was blaring out the 🎶 music which definitely helps (need a sound bar)!! Kept telling myself keep up with Ciara - until renegade rows but upper body slowly gettin stronger. ✅✅✅ I am posting this picture to motivate me as I would not normally be exposing my self like this! As my legs are yuck🙈🙈 but I’m working on them!!
