D A Y 4 ✨️ This was meant to be my rest day and forgot it was @Ciara London booty class so I had to give it a go. The burn was unreal, sweat dripping from every inch of my body and probably the hardest one I've done this week but it was bloody brilliant! Rest day tomorrow 1000% 🙌🏾🍑🔥💦
