Wowwwe my weekend was very busy Sat @ BodyHQ with wonderful @Sineadtrains & my gyal @Ciara London !!! I thought it was suppose to be slow & steady👀☝️ was I wrong. Especially when tryin to impress the BOSS!! The warm upSinead was not playin 🙏🏽😍Sunday I heard the notification on my phone that Ciara was on the live so jump on 30 mins (sleep walking.) a lot can be done in 30!! New Week Monday maybe rest day as at hairdresser 😜😜
