I thought I had missed so many days then realised I got a crazy workout on Monday at BODYHQ 🤷🏽‍♀️😂😂 with Ciara , Asha @ my man Lee who kept telling me yes you got this. When u hear you name being shouted it pushes u to get going- especially when it feel like the body is about to collapse!!!! THURSDAY Live with Ciara Booty bands no joke ouchhhh!!!! Still have to catch up on leg day.🙈🙈 Also trying out this see if he makes my recovery better!!!
