FRIDAY Finishers was no joke!!!!! HIT & Weights🤩🤩🤩 Woww that was TOUGHHH ouch I was calling Jesus to help me get up off the floor after doing Burpee press then some of the other moves @Sineadtrains was throwing at us!!!👀👀👀 Today the woman was not playing!!! 👏🏽👏🏽 I kinda of luv & hate her today.
