Oh gosh guys!!! I’m having a moment my diets been so terrible lately I’m working out 4 times a week following mainly the hourglass guide but I know I have not been eating well lately ! Trying to not let it get me down but the reality is I’m not going to lose weight if I’m eating badly no matter how much I work out! Feeling slightly deflated ! Anyone else struggling a bit with the food side! Xxxxx
