Been in a ratty mood the last few days (time of the month, work and landlord stress etc etc) and not been getting up for my morning walks this week but I got myself up today and feel SO much better for it 🤩 Think I underestimated how much a morning walk before a whole day of WFH in my bedroom makes me feel better ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ Anyone for carnival HIIT later? 🥰 Have a good day gang x
