Ok, so here’s an update on my first proper week back into workouts since the goings on with me over the past 6 weeks, after 2 physio appointments I’ve finally been able to move and work out, and although I have had to modify a couple of the moves in some sessions, I’ve managed to actually complete them all! This is my week: MONDAY: 45 min HIIT vs Weights - @Ciara London STEPS: 14,559 TUESDAY: 30 min Full Body Sunday Finishers - @Sineadtrains 10 min B2B Ab Blast - @Sineadtrains STEPS: 12,574 WEDNESDAY: Helped Mum do her gardening and cut grass - REST DAY (kinda) 🤷🏻‍♀️ STEPS: 11,545 THURSDAY: 45 min Upper Body Supersets - @Ciara London (from Wednesday) STEPS: 11,617 FRIDAY: Had Baby Girl with me all day and was difficult - RELUCTANT REST DAY 🤦🏻‍♀️ STEPS: 10,465 SATURDAY: 45 min Friday Finishers (a very sweaty one, see pic 2 of my mat 💦💦💦 - @Ciara London STEPS: TBC SUNDAY: FAMILY DAY - REST DAY STEPS: TBC Basically, I’ve done 4 days worth of workouts, and to be honest I’ve felt a bit of niggling pain in my left hip where I did the most damage before, and also some numbness in my hands just today, so modifications were very important, and as I’ve done this much this week I’m actually happy that I’ve been able to do all this as it’s a good start I thought! Planning on going back up to my heavier weights over the next few weeks depending on what I can manage, but the gentle push each week is definitely now working. Never give up girls, no matter what there is always a chance to pick up and carry on…. 💪🏼💪🏼💖💖
