3 years ago I decided to sign up with Body by Ciara. 3 years later my arms are in the best shape they've ever been. I feel so strong. I never thought I'd get here bc before Body I was known to have string bean arms. Whelp, not anymore! I'm so proud of my progress :) 2020 (left) vs Today
