Absolutely loving the hourglass workouts with @Ciara London Consistency has been 🔑 for me! I am a working mum, in the middle of a house renovation and have showed up on days when I didn’t think it was possible to get through a workout! I am still not where I was pre baby but I know I will get there 💪🏼💕 Thank you Ciara!
