Second week - letβs goooooo!!! So happy I caught the 12 44 hiit vs weights - live as boy that was a serious workout ποΈββοΈ ππ CICI was not playing!!!!πππ Damnnnnn but glad I did it we never stopped!!! Aiming to do 5 days this week and doing my steps morining then afternoon as want to work of my stomach area and see if that will work???
